Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Nov 10 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2781 (S23W09), Dsi/beta) decayed some more over the last 12 hours. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: There is a chance for C-class flares from Region 2781.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was below the 1,000 pfu alert threshold. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be normal to moderate 10-12 Nov and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of a slow regime. Total IMF strength was 3-6 nT and the Bz component underwent only weak deviations. Solar wind speed averaged around 345 km/s. The phi angle was predominantly negative.

Forecast: A slow solar wind regime is anticipated to continue Nov 10-12.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet over 10-12 Nov under a nominal solar wind regime.
