Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Sep 07 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was at very low levels. The solar disk was spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low on 07-09 Sep.

Energetic Particles

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels with a peak of 16,364 pfu observed at 06/1830 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach high to very high levels on 07-09 Sep in response to CH HSS influence. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of waning CH effects. Solar wind speeds averaged 475 km/s throughout the reporting period, total field peaked at 6 nT, and the Bz component dropped as low as -3 nT. The phi angle was predominately positive.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are anticipated to remain slightly enhanced on 07-08 Sep as CH HSS influences continue to wane. By 09 Sep, the solar wind environment is anticipated to return to ambient conditions.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled due to persistent CH HSS influence.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to unsettled levels on 07-08 Sep in response to waning CH HSS effects. Mostly quiet conditions are forecast for 09 Sep.
