Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Mar 03 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low, and the visible disk was spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low on 03-05 Mar.

Energetic Particles

24 hr Summary: The 2 MeV electron flux reached moderate levels while the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background values.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach moderate to high levels on 03-05 Mar due to HSS influence. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background values.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: The near-Earth environment was periodically enhanced by the southern crown [CH HSS]. Total field peaked at 8 nT, and Bz saw a maximum southward deflection to -5 nT. Wind speeds reached a peak near 490 km/s early, but gradually decreased to end the period closer to 410 km/s. The phi angle was mostly negative with isolated rotations into the positive sector.

Forecast: Periodic enhancements are possible through 05 Mar given Earths proximity to the southern crown [CH HSS].

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels throughout the period.

Forecast: Quiet conditions are expected to prevail for the next three days (03-05 Mar). However, intermittent enhancements are possible, resulting in occasional unsettled periods.
